Can I choose an American or British accent?
Yes. English in Godoj comes in two variants with four tutors: Sarah and Jake speak American English, Lucy and James speak British English. You pick the variant at the start and can change it anytime.
My English is passive: I understand a lot but barely speak. Will this help?
That's the most common profile among our users. Speaking out loud turns passive knowledge into active skill, and the AI analysis after each lesson shows which structures you already own and which need waking up.
What level do I need to start?
Any level from zero to C2. At A1 the tutor speaks slowly in short, simple sentences, helps when you get stuck, and gradually builds up your answers. You can change your level anytime or follow the AI's recommendation after lessons.
