I don't know the Hebrew alphabet. Can I start with speaking?
Yes, the conversation is spoken, so the alphabet doesn't block your start. Transcripts in the app render correctly right-to-left, so you get comfortable with the script in parallel, at your own pace.
I'm learning Hebrew before a trip to Israel. What can I practice?
Everyday scenarios: introducing yourself, the market, a café, directions, small talk. The tutor rehearses them with you out loud, in natural modern Hebrew.
What level do I need to start?
Any level from zero to C2. At A1 the tutor speaks slowly in short, simple sentences, helps when you get stuck, and gradually builds up your answers. You can change your level anytime or follow the AI's recommendation after lessons.
